Just wanna be sure before i lose gains


I dont, or should i say havent cycled creatine. but if i was gonna go say a month off without creatine, would i lose size or strenght? u get better results when u cycle, i know, but im scared ill lose size, and strength if i dont take it.

yeah u lose a little bit of both not to much tho -the size u lose is just water anyway....

When i used to use creatine i didnt cycle it... -who says u get better results if u cycle it?

I've read posts from ppl on this board that dont cycle creatine.

Anyway, from my point of view works better if i stay on for long periods of time... still, i've read that it shuts down your bodies ability to produce natural creatine, that'd be the reason to cycle it, not b/c it works better...

Jaster benches almost 500lb and he doesn't cycle creatine, it doesn't really matter

I press some heavy weights and dont even use creatine, when I did I never cycled it.

Yeah I was off it while up in the Mountains for my birthday weekend. I'll stay off it for a few more days then I jump back on for a year.
My Cycle is on a year off a week.

Jaster, just out of curiousity. Did you piss out about 5-7 pounds of water over the course of three or four days, or could you not tell anymore. I would be interested to know if your body develops a tolerance to it after such prolonged use. I have been doing a lot of reading and it is amazing how the body adapts to all these supplements from vitamin C to prohormones and steroids.

I drink 2 to 2.5 Gal of water a day. You get used to it.

hmmmmm.....

The only water i drink is the water with my creating/protien shakes, i drank a lot more when i first started creatine, wut would drinking more water do for me...

you gotta drink water man... water makes creatine work, i used to drink 5 ltrs a day on it

Well Ive done it both ways and id say cycle it after about 8 weeks u can tell its time to get off it a while cuz it aint doin ****. Id say 8 on 8 off. I notice when u cycle it it works a lot better.
