Cool

kaffeine kick

anybody use it or similar?Guy in shop were I buy protein/creatine etc said to give it a try.just to mix water and take 30mins before a workout.

not being much of a coffee/tea drinker I have severe shakes.Dont get me wrong, I was really fired up.Read the side.cant remember all the values, but remembered that it had 200mg caffeine , which is a good cup and half of coffee. It had 3g of creatine as well.

But I was wondering about the caffeine and creatine combo?I had read somewhere that you should stay off the caffeine(which I do myself, especially when on creatine) as it interferes with creatine effects?

Whats your thoughts?

hmm..they say because caffeine is a duiretic it will remove the water which is needed for the creatine to work. I think that's crap...if you keep yourself hydrated it won't matter then.
