Kill me with supplements now, please

I am coming off an over 2 month injury (partially seperated my shoulder) and have lost a TON of muscle. I dislike how I look in the mirror compared to my old ripped self.

When I was able to lift I used:

SAN v12 creatine
Whey Protein
Multi Vitamin
Glutamine

Now that I am about to start working out, I want to get back to where I was as FAST as POSSIBLE. What supps out there (not steroids) are there that I can get over the counter and will get me up and going fast fast fast? I am a lifeguard and so my job is to pick up women, I need the muscle to go along with my tan.

Thanks alot guys. I haven't been on the board since my injury, glad to see it is still busy as ever.

I want your job Dins, lol. Keep doing what you were doing before your injury. The supps you are using are the BEST way to regain the muscle you lost. Protein, anti-oxidants, and creatine are a great combo. You might want to add some BCAA's (branched chain amino acids) into the mix just to try it. If you have the money, I like PS and Velvet bean, those supps are my personal preference. Make sure to shoot for lots of protein post workout with some high GI carbs. Your body is primed to grow in a 4 to 6 hour window post workout.

Recovery time...

Greetings Dins_PR,

The amount of time that it takes to recover from a severe injury can be greatly reduced by utilizing various nutrients, as well as herbal extracts that have very strong inflammation reduction properties. It is very important to utilize a very comprehensive hi-dosage multi-vitamin/mineral formulation that is encapsulated as to avoid unnecessary ingredients which can and do interfere with nutrient absorption. Vitamin C in large amounts is very effective, as is proteolytic enzymes such as bromelain, which is highly effective at reducing tissue swelling so as to reduce recovery time. The botanicals...Boswellia serrata, turmeric are also very effective, as well as serrapeptase, a highly unique proteolytic enzyme that induces fibrinolytic, anti-inflammatory and anti-edemic (prevents swelling and fluid retention) activity in a number of tissues. Serrapeptase requires what is called “enteric coating” to keep it from being destroyed by very strong stomach acids, thus, allowing it to be absorbed so as bring about its very beneficial effects. You would be amazed as to how effective nutritional supplementation is in reducing recovery time from an injury, as well as enhancement of "tissue memory", which is a mysterious phenomenon whereby your body is able to reacquire the lost muscle tissue.
