kind of a silly question...

but a question none-the-less. I have supplements that need to be taken on an empty stomach. simple enough. but to get the best effect, after I take them (say I take them when I wake up in the morning) how long should I wait before I eat? an hour? half an hour?
thanks

Do the specific supplement labels not tell you?

Exactly . . .

All depends on what you've got. I wouldn't take everything on an empty stomach

nope, just says to take one on an empty stomach 3 times a day. I guessing between an hour and a half hour before I eat to play it safe? to give it time to metabolize?

I'd give it 30 mins. just to give it time to dissolve. Most pills will dissolve and start taking effect between 30-45 mins. What kind of supplement is this? Hydroxycut or Xenadrine type for appetite suppression?
