Hey Sn0boarder,

You mentioned Crohns disease and your digestive system. Having studied some about enzymes and probiotics, I started thinking. And I did some searching, and I found a link about pro-biotics and Crohns disease. Read the article below the links on the page.

Cure for Crohns

I hope this will be helpfull for you. I have heard of the brand and product before, and I think I had used their enzyme supplements at one time. I have no connection to this product, or monetary benefit, I just wanted to help you out.

Mega-dosing seems to help me with soreness the next day (20g pre, 20g post workout). Lesser doses don't do much.

I notice a lessening of DOMS just using 5g a day. Can't say for whatever else it may be doing. I like not being sore. Makes me wanna work out.
