I've heard of the stuff but always have abeen a little hesitant to buy supplements from a company who specializes in building a workout facility but I take there whey shakes so what the heck . .

I believe that stuff is almost identical to Thermodynamix which is supposed to raise your body temperature and thus raising your metabolism which in turn is supposed to help you lose weight.

The hot ingredient right now is green tea extract so I think that is what they are capitalizing on right now.

Overall it's probably a decent product, give it some time and see!

Good Luck!
