I've come a long way. I use to be really skinny and one day I just got sick of my look. I was only 158lbs @ 5 foot 11 back in sept. 2003 and right now i'm up to 178lbs

. My diet is pretty clean and i'm
currently taking a good 180gs of protein per day and 10gs of creatine. I know there's been a lot of debate on
water retention with creatine and I really need some help. My chest and arms are coming in nicely but with gaining that weight, i do have fat around my stomach. I'm trying to get rid of it and was wondering if the Lean System 7 would really help and if it does, should I stop taking creatine. I've only been on creatine for about 1 month and have seen some decent gains, i.e lifting more and harder. Any input would be great, i'd love to get cut up by the summer. I'm lifting hard 4 days a week and i currently started doing HIIT cardio about 3 days a week. Thanks fellas
