Legs

I played basketball yesterday for about 1 hour. My legs are a little sore, but my question is its Leg Day. Should I do my legs today?

If you warm up and they're still sore, I'd wait another day.

Ask yourself why they are sore.... ok done ? ... do you really want to inturrupt all that muscle rebuilding itself? ..... didn't think so. Go with upper body today and wait for the legs bro.

If I can't walk down steps...I will wait..If I can walk down steps and Jog pretty good...I'm workin out!! I was taught to "shut up and workout" by my football coach..who is prob stupid and doesn't know what he's talkin bout. If i get my workout's out of order though..It messes my mind set up, but It's up to you wether or wether not to workout.

Discipline is never bad. There's nothing wring with working out when you're sore. A lot of people think that letting the muscle fully recover is the only way to build muscle. Not true. You can also gain by slowly adapting to a higher workload (essentially you'll be overtraining slightly for a few weeks) and that helps work capacity in the long run.
