Yohimburn has been a real good supplement for me, works a treat. Not sure on Ab-Solve though.

I've used AbSolved and love the results. Much better, IMO than yohimburn. My daughter seconds that opinion.

I had good results with AbSolved after following IronMan's recomendation. Lost about 1.5 inches from around my waist with one bottle. I've managed to keep that off even though I haven't used the product in a couple of weeks. I haven't tried the yohimburn or the lipoderm.

Nope, after doing some reading over on the Advent? message board that seems pretty typical. I was a big skeptic when I started. But after talking it over with Dsade(I know he sells it) and Ironman I decided to try it. You have to remeber also that my bf% is still pretty high. BF% went down about 1% around my waist along with the 1.5 inches. I don't think it was designed for people with low bf, it is more for the chunky monkeys like me.

Edit: I'd like to know more about the yohimburn if you have the time or could point me to some links.

Great results Sparky. Glad it worked so well for you. Yohimburn & LipoDerm are more for the last bit of stubborn fat. It will cause some water retention so results are generally more noticeable post use. They are OK products, but not as impressive as AbSolved. I think that 7 keto dhea is much better at fat loss than yohimbine.

1.5" is VERY typical of results on AbSolved. I can vouch for it personally, My Girlfriend got the same, and there is ample feedback all saying much the same thing.

Ironman covered the rest very well. :-)

It comes in a pump bottle. You use it twice a day. Between 4 and 8 pumps. I only used it on my abs and love handles. I don't think it is designed to be used elsewhere. dsade can answer all the specifics.

How long did one bottle last using it on your love handles alone?

I could be wrong but I think it's supposed to last you between 15 and 30 days? I was using 6 pumps twice a day and I think it lasted me about 18 days or so. I don't have my log book with me or I could give you some precise numbers. This is pretty close.

i used lipoderm-y about 5 months ago on my midsection and it worked like magic. unfortunately, about 2 or 3 weeks after my cycle, all that fat came back with a vengance.

i got off a vigorous ab-solved cycle about 2 months ago but to my disappointment, it yield limited if not zero results. these are just my personal experiences. i had a long talk with dsade about my situation and he recommended ab-solved to me since i used lipoderm-y with o.k. results and cortisol seemed to be the problem, but i guess i just didnt react to ab-solved. i still love avantlabs products to death (how can you not when they get so many excellent testimonies) but i decided to try to shed the old fashioned way.

Can I buy Absolved from a local GNC or something? Also, would it be okay to use it while also using Lean System 7?
