I just picked up some EAS Phosphagen Elite and on the back it says simply use twice a day. It dosent mention a loading phase. So should I load it anyways or just stick with the twice a day?

It's your call....if you want to experience the affects of being fully loaded within 4-7 days, then do a loading phase, if you want to take longer to see the affects, then just do what it says on the container! It comes down to how quickly you want to get your system fully loaded with creatine!
