I am thinking of finally adding a post workout shake to my life after I workout which is usually 7:30pm. I am looking for a basic, simple tasty recipe using Whey, glutamine (I tend to get sick more in the winter) and a liquid. I was thinking of getting
OPtimum Nutrition Vanilla WHey and mixing it with ice and OJ for a creamsicle flavored drink. Any ideas? Oh and after this I was going to wait an hour for my next meal it would be about 9pm by then and was thinking of just eating some protein (
chicken breast) and some veggies like broccoli or a salad. SOund ok?
