I have been on creatine for two months now and have been working out four-five times per week consistently. I wanted to remain the same weight, and just turn fat into muscle. I even expected to gain a few pounds of water weight. Surprisingly, I have been consistently losing two pounds per week, and am about 15
pounds lighter than when I started using it. Is this normal? Am I just burning fat faster than I am
building muscle?
I don't mind losing the weight, hell I love it. I'm just surprised that I'm losing fat this fast.
I am 6'1 and 200 lbs.
Has anybody else had a similar situation?
