do you guys think animal stak it´s good to get big ? animal stak is an steroid doesnít ?

Its not a steroid no. They do have a kind of 'anabolic' pack which I think is the one your talking about, IMO your best to stay off it, they dont work. Just eat and train, check out some of cursors recent posts for detailed nutrition ideas.
