magic pill

Nice post. Good read also. Also, the stuff in the article is so true. Especially about employee at stores trying to sell u protein that earns most profit.

I remember when i 1st started to buy supplements, i didnt know crap about them. So when i went to GNC and they keep convincing me to buy some protein and creatine made by "American Nutrition" which was expensive. And they keep telling me how high quality it was.

Then people in this forum turn me into buying On optimum protein and Micronized creatine which saves so much money.

How about one guy telling me to buy schwartz over eas although eas has a higer protein percentage i was told to buy schwartz as i would get more protein from it because the scoops are bigger nothing to do with them getting more commission for selling schwartz.

68% thought it was a valid supplement!!!
Its official now. people are morons. Govt shood pass a bill requiring anyone who buys suplements to demonstrate the presence of grey cells.

Its pretty sad. Its not like they were even sneaky about it; I mean they said that the damn thing was actually going to make you lighter since it had helium. God, people are dumb.
