I didn't bother googling whatever supp it is you're referring to; no need, I guarantee it is not as good as getting some fresh green veggies in ya.

A supplement for vegetables might work to stave off scurvy but that is about all - won't do much of the myriad other things vegetables are good for.

Suck it up and eat your greens would be my recommendation.

If you don't like eating your vegetables then juice them.

When I was into juicing, I had a killer combo of spinach, cucumbers and celery for all all green vegetable drink. A small glass did wonders.

I haven't been on this board is a long time and I just realized the reason:

Poster - How good is this product?
Reply - I've never used it or heard of it but I know it's crap

Every person knows vegetables are the best source of veggie goodness, the question was whether Maximum Greens is a good supplement (key word: SUPPLEMENT!) and the answer is YES! There you go, nice and easy answer to an easy question. I use Maximum Greens to supplement my vegetable intake and I like it because I can feel it waking me up and making me feel more healthy after taking it.

Now don't start trying to fight me for my remarks above because I don't care.

we dont fight, (i dont anyways) I just like to dig info from others so I can learn for myself, and i like to debate to hear things I didnt know. so hear I go.

You said you approve of using Maximum greens, but its not like you completely neglect vegetables do ya? in this other guys case, (who he has been banned) he stated he didnt like, and wont eat vegetables. supplementing, in my mind, means to add supplement to something you already do, (meaning adding Max Greens, to a good Vegetable eating diet) to make better... not to completely replace.

thats what he was asking, and thats what they answered with...

thanks in advance for any info you give as it will be beneficial to me.

Well, that's the juice plus advertisement anyway. Not a bad supplement. But really, it's not all it's cracked up to be. We've beaten that horse to death here at DF in more than one discussion.
