Question

Meal Replacement vs Protein Powder


Looking for some opinions:

Do you think it's worth spending the much higher prices for meal replacements or just double and triple up on the protein powders to get the extra calories and carbs? Granted if you opt for the additional protein powders you will have to spread it throughout the day so you don't ingest to much protein at one time.

It's worth the extra money, you need your shakes sepcifically for post-workout. The protein in MRP's is often not of a whey nature, it's egg etc...therefore takes longer to digest which is what you want out of a meal.
