i just bought 3 kg of mega mass 2000,. and i want to kno if i should take it before the exercise, or after, i cant afford having both :$....when should i take it?? im bulking becouse im very skinny! and i want results!

Isn't mega mass 2000 loaded with sugar? If so, then you should use it after your workout. I don't think you want to create an insulin spike any other time.
if i remember its whey and maltodextrin probably some fructose also. mix up a shake and drink a little of it here and there along side your regular meals.
