Met-rx


Hey guys

2 quick questions please

I just bought the new met-rx protein powder (micro something its called)
(doesnt taste too good)

it says to take one sachet a day

when is best time to take ?
should i take it on non training days as well ?

(34 yrs old,4 years training with weights,good gains,using creatine and other protein powders,good diet,train 4 times a week for one hour,2 body parts per session)

Take it right after your training session. On off days you could use it an hour before bedtime to help keep you in a anabolic state during sleep although almost any other time is good also.
