I think the best thing you can do is check for cursor's posts on diet. I know he has several recipes posted on the board and even complete diets. For some recipes try
this thread. Just take a little time to search and you can find it.
For me, I rely mostly on things I can carry with me as I'm on the run almost all the time. I don't
count calories though so I'm not the one to help you in this matter.
