I think the best thing you can do is check for cursor's posts on diet. I know he has several recipes posted on the board and even complete diets. For some recipes try this thread. Just take a little time to search and you can find it.

For me, I rely mostly on things I can carry with me as I'm on the run almost all the time. I don't count calories though so I'm not the one to help you in this matter.

Thank you cursor, I bought Green Tea today, and ate oatmeal for breakfast.. lol... And bougght a Jump Rope to do cardio whenever I get bored.

Ha I thought she just made that up... Well I went out and looked at some of the bottles of stuff and I noticed that TwinLabs "Diet Fuel" has Cayenne Fruit, Green Tea Leaves, and L-Carnitine in it. So I thought... My multivitamin has Cayenne Pepper in it. I drink Green tea (Now... even though I dont like it) and I can just buy normal 250mg L-Carnitine pills. So thats what I did. :-D
