Welcome Fender, I've noticed that you have accumulated 3 posts... 2 concerning creatine and 1 concerning when to take supplements. Hmmm... well there's a good chance you could ask all that in 1 thread, or better yet try the
search button at the top of the web page. There is more than enough creatine, protein, and supplement information on this site and no need to create (a) new thread(s). As for your 3 posts... creatine and protein can be taken together... the best time is a preworkout drink (somewhere around 30 mins b4)... and a postworkout drink... so you can get protein to your muscle for repair.
