NO2 active ingredients are Arginine-AKG and Arginine-KIC 1000mg it is 80 bux... were as you can buy GNC Dietary Supplement Arginine 1000 for 20 bux ... active ingredient - L-Arginine 1000mg..... is there any difference.. with the AKG and KIC... or are these products the same...?? any ideas?

They are slightly different products...but both will have the same effects...You'll get the hershey squirts. There used to be some talk about arginine/ornithine being a good combo, but NO2 has pretty much phased out as being the 'hot new' supp due to the fact that it stinks. Some of the 'hotter' protein shakes include that arginine kgc(?) for the nitrogen boost that helps with the protein and nitrogen balance, but again...taken regularly, protein will regulate your nitrogen balance anyhow.
You should qualify that a little more. They haven't beens shown to increase muscle gain or strength, but they do enhance pumps.
The NO2 products are more effective than straight Arginine - but they are pretty much designed to simply increase pump.
Some people argue that this can help stretch the fascia (theorized to be one of the main limiting factors in muscle growth), but I have not read of anyone gaining weight or strength from using a straight NO2 product.
