Pretty much any multivitamin is going to be sufficient. You don't even need to buy the expensive ones.

Multivitamins i find adequate not optimum though but as they go centrum is grand.

I always take extra zinc with copper magnesium vitamin C vitamin D in winter and B vitamins to help/

GNC (don't all snicker at once) claims their's are processed differently and are much more effective. Is there anything to that besides marketing. Myself I've alway taken generic Centruim

I always go for the high-potency multi vitamin/minerals, where all the water soluable vitamins are like 5000% and everything else is 100-200%. I like to go overboard.

I use the Ultra Vita Man from Vitamin World,same thing as Megamens except has a little more B in it.Always get it buy 1 get 1 free on passport days to.: .

I was reading a book on supplements by Bill Phillips and i recall him mentioning that GNC claimed this but said it was a scam. lol
