I've read that most multivitamins have a horrible absorption rate. Does it make sense to take before bed instead of in the AM? I figure if I'm sleeping for 7-8hrs, the pill will absorb more completely than if I were to pee it out cuz of all the water I drink during the day.
Any thoughts welcome

It will just sit in your kidneys until you do pee in the morning, so that wont make much difference. What you should do is take it while you're eating a good size meal. This will aid in shuttling in the nutriets because your digestive system kicks in high gear.
