NO....taking a ton of supplements isn't a good plan of attack...Just take the supplements that are proven to work and that are necessary....Creatine and Whey are PROVEN and I think the core to any supplement regime....the Glutamine does work but its effects are limited compared to others....the whole mulit vitamin is also a PROVEN necessity....
It really is a question of what you are looking to get out of your diet and
exercise plan...there is no need to spend hundreds of dollars if you just want to get a little bigger or lose some weight....Now if you are looking into doing a BBing show, then you may want to start supplementing with other things...but from what I see the whey and creatine are perfect for about 90% of us...More isn't always better, unless you need it...I know a lot of people can get in trouble if they take to many supps because it comes at the expense of a healthy diet...
