Lessee, if 1 pound = 453.59237 grams, and there are 15 servings, each with 18g fat (4g of that saturated), then that =
15 servings x 18g fat per serving = 270 grams fat in the can, or .59524 pounds
... and for a 2.48lb can that means that 24% of the can is some kind of fat.
That's some filler.
In contrast a similar product, BSN Bicreatol XS, for a 2.78lb can of 18 servings, is marketed as including omega
fatty acids but at only 3.4g of total fat per serving, with 2g of those being saturated fats.

Now one thing I couldn't figure out is what it is actually supposed to do... it seems like it's just a mixed protein with some glutamine, and then some vitamins. But no creatine included? It seems pretty expensive for what you get, I don't understand why it would be so popular, other than the fact that it comes in like 100 flavors. But it advertises itself as including creatine precursors? Why take a creatine precursor when you can just get the end product? Seems like a gyp to me.
