Need advice on Ephedra-free weight loss supplements

Hello everyone!
I've been looking for a SAFE weight loss supplement to take. What I mean is something without the ehedra in it.
Last summer I was taking Beta Lean(an EAS product) and it was filled with ehpedra. I always took it the first thing in the morning before my morning workout. And I took half of the recommended doses. It greatly enhanced my workout, but that caffein/stimulant high stayed with me ALL day.....and as a result I had difficulty falling asleep at night. And I'm a person who cherishes a good night's sleep! I've also tried Ripped Fuel as well....but it did had the same effect on me as the Beta Lean.

Does anybody know of an effective "ephedra free" weight loss supplement? Surely there must be something out there. I would appreciate some suggestions.
Thanks.

I get that "high" feeling everytime I start a new cycle of Ephedra. The effect wears off after a few days, but the Ephedra still does the job. Hell, after a week I can take it before a nap and sleep like a baby!

Well if I can just take something that doesn't make me feel like I'm getting ready to jump out of my skin, and yet still give me the same benefits as the Ripped Fuel or Beta Lean would be ideal.
And besides, I've heard some negative things about products that contain ephedra.

Thanks for the information..I read the information about LS7and I think I will give it a shot. Now what EXACTLY do you mean by it takes some time to get used to. Is it worse than taking the ephedra based products?

I mean that, the stuff really does work very VERY well, you can feel it melting off you, i swear it, you wake up in the morning, and know you have to take 3 tabs before you can eat anything for 30min. after that 30min after taking them you feel like you have burnt off your entire fat supply lol

Thanks a lot Lee. I'm going to give LS7 a shot. This may be the breakthrough that I need in obtaining the abs of my dreams. I always wanted washboard abs. The rest of my body is shaping up nicely........except my abs. I've put myself on a REALLY strict diet and so far, very little results. So like I said, LS7 may be the thing I need to help me achieve my goal.

make sure that is a high protein diet, and low fat and carb, you dont want it to burn your muscle, believe me it will. I really with everything I have hope it works for you like it worked for me, now I know exactly how I can cut ona cutting phase, so I can in theory just keep gaining size, becuase I have the cutting phase ( except uncontrollable hunger ) down to the T. Check out my abs pic in the Before and after sticky in the Diet forum, I got there with 6 weeks of LS7.

Peace bro, and the VERY best of luck.
