You will become the next Mr Olympia - overnight!

Oh, I'm sorry, that only happens if you Nitrotech & Muscletech! DOH!

j/k Sorry for busting your chops, bro. Been a long day and I'm just blowing off steam.

Both are good products and they will help you put on some size. There is some good info on protein (GNC pro performance) and creatine (phosphagen) in the stickies. Take a moment or two to learn how they can help out.

You can save a ton of money by simply buying inexpensive micronized creatine, some dextrose, a pack of koolaid, and some protien powder. Make dextrose koolaid. Immediately postworkout add 5g of creatine to your dextrose (20-60g) and drink it. Wait 10 minutes, mix your protein powder with cold water (20-60g) and drink it.

Pretty much the same thing with about the same results. You can add little extras like glutamine to the protein shake if you wish...these suppliments are cheap and effective. They won't make you Mr. O overnight, but they will help you get more effective results from your hard work.

The stuff I described - it is the same as you described without the name brand. Saves money. Basically, you need to eat, sleep, lift, repeat. The supps are just a more efficient way to get the food into the muscles after lifting...and a way to save a bit of money - protein powder is cheaper than steak.

Celltec Is A Good One, Pro-complex Is Good For Protein, Another One Is Called Kre-alkalyn. I've Been Trying This For About 4 Weeks, The Results Are Good. But I Always Recommend Drinking Alot Of Water, Around 1/2 Ounce Per Pound Of Body Weight. Also, Last Year I Had Shoulder Surgery, Bone Spurs. I Started Back Using Nothing But Dumbells, I Went Over To The Bench And Popped Up 315lbs. I Think Using Free Weights Makes You Use More Of Your Muscels That Your Trying To Work. It Really Makes You Hit Them Better. It Works For Me, Maybe It Will Work For You.
