need serious help!!!!!!


hi there!

well i need some serious help!

well i hope that someone answers some questions i have,

well i have been using steriods on and off for 4 years, that is i used it 4 yrs ago and then 2 months ago, and i plan to do it again, and i know it aint the best thing to do, but hey, i need some help from you to tell me how much nad what to take,

well i have unlimited suplply of deca and susaton, but i have somet supplements like hyrdoxycut and glutamine and whey protien and CELL-TECH and some thermalean

i got these products, but i just dont know how to go aboiut using them adn how much and if i should take them all together adn stuff like that..................

well the main thing i want to do is gain muscle but lose some of the fat i have...........i am not over wieght, but i want to cut up and gain muscle at the same time, because time is a issue for me and i dont have alot of time, so can someone please help me to direct in a right way, and i know that there are some intelligent guys or girls out there that know whats goin on, so yo yo, give a bro a hand....................................

just answer and give as much advice as possible because i am open to any suggestions, but i want the best with what i have..........

i wiegh about 80kgs and i wanna hit like 95, or i wanna be cut at 85kg, well somethin like that, and i have a alright diet as it is, but can someone please inform me of all the questions a person would have with the supplements i have and steriods........

this will be greatly respected b/c i am serious about this and i aint just screwin around on here like some people, so hook it up,

Welcome donmega. Wether you bulk or cut it isn't the steroid/supplement you use that makes a difference. It is the diet that you follow. To cut you need to keep your cals around 3100 per day eating wholesome, nutritious foods. And to bulk you need ot eat 4200 cals per day of the same type of food, just in larger quantities. Bulking or cutting you will need to eat about 6 times per day to keep your metabolism up and running.

If you do use the roids you won't need excessive amounts to get results. There are lots of boards where people are willing to write you a cycle. But a cycle is only as good as the food you eat. Make sure to remember that.

If you decide to do a cycle, keep the glutamine for post cycle, do not use the hydroxy cut until a few months after your cycle, if your going on roids, using hydroxycut is pointless, so save it until you need a bit of help cutting naturally, use the cell-tech or other protein powders , before , during and an increased amount expecially after your cycle, only use it when you are lacking protein amounts for that day, or when you need some fast digesting protein e.g after workouts, always try to get all your protein from pure food, only use the powders when you are low or you need a good high amount post cycle.
