need to gain weight!


Anyone got any good ways to gain A LOT of wieght.... I mean alot of people told me i need to try to eat 4000 calories a day but thats kinda of hard and i cant find a whole lot of time to eat with school and all =... maybe someone could just tell me what i need to eat... any help would be greatly appreciated Thanx

I kno exactly how u feel dude...
I'm trying different weight gaining protein shakes right now(N-large2 and Transform+)... I'll let u kno how it goes

There are no shortcuts to body mass, not even with steroids. You have to eat the building materials to build the mass. There is NO way around it. Good food helps a lot, but in order to gain a lot of mass, you need a lot of calories, it's just that simple.

Be patient, small steady gains add up over time.

I agree with Cougar but will add this: it's easier to drinik calories than to eat them. Add protein shakes with some carbs at a few select times a day. But, if you're just looking to gain weight and not necessarily muscle mass I'd recommend eatig all your meals at KFC.

Yeh i definatley wanna gain it in muscle mass soo i guess i am going to have to eat all the rigth stuff... im a junior now but since i was a freshman i was gaining weight pretty steadily... as a freshman i wieghed like 120 and by next football season i weighed 150 and then by the begginining of this football season i was wieghing 175 and usually after the season i pack it on pretty qiuck. i lift three times a week and eat like a horse and try to eat mostly protien but i will try the shakes and other stuff and see what happens
