Neuromax, anyone?

Has anyone here ever heard of it, used it, tried it, know of it?

I've been trying to research it, but I get mixed results, referring me to some kind of medical equipment, and then I DO get results which refer to the supplement called Neuromax II (is there a Neuromax I? --if so, the difference?)

I did a search on DF already, and came up empty-handed.
