Has anyone tried "Animal Stak 2" yet. I searched, but only the "pre-ban" animal stack comes up, which no-one seems to reccomend. Thanks for any help.
BTW, my name is Matt, I'm 21, from New Jersey. I started working out 3 years ago when I graduated from high school, I weighed about 240-250 lbs (I'm 5'11"), my lowest weight since starting my diet and exercise program was 175, since then I have put on between 15-20 lbs (
mostly fat) Started off benching 95 lbs, barely got 2 sets of 10, now I can bench 205 without trouble 5 times.
Whey Protein, vitamins, and creatine were the only supplements I have taken so far.
