New article on post-workout nutrition


This article is mainly a veeeery long ad for BioTest products but the information discussed is good nevertheless. I'll be trying some of these ideas when my next bulking cycle rolls around. Check out the article here. Berardi tends to know what he's talking about.

I followed berardi's suggestions and got good results. Especially with don't diet plan!!!
