new sup plan, give me some feed

Okay, here is a question for you hardcore supplement types... I am getting ready to start a new program both workout and supplement. Right now I take protein and creatine after I workout. In two weeks I want to start taking these sups:

l-carnitine - just to give it a go for a bit
glutamine - i hear a ton of good things about it so i'll give it a go
protein - duh
SAN v12 - creatine

anyone one any combo of this right now? give me note on how it is working out. Also, here is the workout i'm going to start, works for ronnie coleman so I figured I'd give it a go:

The Workout

thanks fellas and ladies

Honestly, alot of these supplements are over-rated. I stick with protein and that's it.

I've made great gains without L-fartatine, L-crapatine, L-rippoffatine, L-****omine

Protein, a good diet, high intensity training, lots of rest, and plenty of putang pie!

Life is grand!

glutamine aint too bad but really I would just spend the cash on more protein (like 9inarow has already mentioned).
a decent protein, a decent carb powder and maybe throw in some ceatine, get a solid foundation and create an environment that your body will grow in.
you said you take protein+creatine post workout but your also getting a good amount of protein throughout the rest of the day, yeah?
also, that routine of Ronnies.... dunno what stage youre at m8, but I wouldnt do that routine (not completley anyway) . Ronnie is one large mofo and also on a shed load of gear so unless you are then I'd modify it.
44 sets on day 1 for back, bis and shoulders and then repeat again on day 4? am I reading that right?

I forgot to reduce the sets when I posted the workout... I tried a reduced version of it just to see how it felt and yes, ronnie is a juicer, there is no way any man can do 4 chest exercises twice a week.

yeah, I get plenty of protein, beside my shake, i eat 2 cans of tuna everyday plus lots of meat.

i'd keep the protein, creatine, and glutamine

make sure you're taking a multi-vitamin, and that your diet is in check before you worry bout supps

dont do a juicer's workout, they're not designed for natural bbers
