New to Supp. use & not sure what im doing


hey everybody im new to the whole supplement use, but i am 15 and i leave to go on a trip in 3 weeks and for some reason i just cant get rid of the extra fat around my pecs and my gut. i decided to go on creatine about 2 weeks ago and now i bought this fatburner called xyience-xelerate..............anyone no anything about it and how it should effect my body ????

Suppliments aren't going to be of much value. You are 15 and should be able to eat right, exercise, and get the results you want within a reasonable amount of time. I don't think 3 weeks is enough lead time to do a lot though. Fitness is a lifelong commitment, not a short term challenge.

No better time to start than now though. If you are interested in creating an effective nutrition and workout plan first read the stickies in the beginners section, then in the nutrition section.

If you have specific questions please feel free to ask. The folks here will be very happy to help you. Feel free to join in the discussions.

i know its not a short time thing i play football and lacrosse and iv been lifting since the summer and i havent seen much results with the fatburning so i decided to try xyience xelerate, im looking for any feedback on it

I'm not familiar with that suppliment. I did respond to your creatine thread.

Post up your nutrition and your workout and you will get some help to get the fatburning right.

They say, "abs are made in the kitchen". This is true. This is where fatburning takes place, from the things you put into your mouth. Cardio is important too, but it looks as if you've gotten that taken care of with your sports.
