New to the Board, have a question about "M-test''

i am 5'10'' 150 lbs i want to gain about 15-20 lbs of muscle. I go the nutrition store and i buy a 10lb tub of bmf harcore Extreme Whey protein , and the guy comvinces me to buy these pills called "M-test" (also made by BMF harcore). my question is do these pills work how many should i take and what side effects do they have on my body (good and BAD?)i want to gain size but i dont want to put my overall health at risk to do so. i am very healthy right now, im 23 and not on any medication of any kind. Any advice is appreciated: :

oh its testosterone. so he convinced you to a prohormone over whey protein. shame on him. i friggin hate people like that. do they have a return policy? if so take it back and tell him he lost a sale and gave the franchise a bad name on the internet, and you'll never buy from there again. its not what you want, there are bad side effects. find some whey protein on the internet

http://www.1fast400.com/a57_Methyl-1-Testosterone.html

The side effects reported by users of methyl 1-test are many and individual reactions vary considerably. The most commonly reported side effect is lethargy, which can range from mild to severe. Other common side effects include increased blood pressure, bloating, joint pains, cramps, mild headaches, insomnia, aggressiveness, and irritability. Many users also find that methyl 1-test decreases appetite, which can be harmful or beneficial depending on one's goals. These side effects can be reduced by lowering dosage or taking smaller doses more frequently. Combining it with another androgen (such as 4-AD) may also help, but feedback on this is limited.

Another concern with methyl 1-test (and methylated steroids in general) is hepatotoxicity.

Antoen - Do you live in Canada? That product is not legal for sale in the US.

BTW - welcome!

Rather than throw them out, see if you can get a refund.

basically prohormones give you the side effects of steroids but not the results, right?

I wouldn't say you don't get any results but the cost/benefit (side effects/results) ratio is supposed to be much higher on the cost side with prohormones and prosteroids.
