New Xenadrine user

Hey everybody, I just starting using xenadrine ( the ephedrine free version) about 2 weeks ago. I don't feel i have had any side effects other than i get somewhat of an upset stomach when i take it on an empty stomach in the morning. I wanna give xenadrine about a fair 2 months shot. This seems to be remedied when i drink a fair amt. of water and when i get some food into my stomach.
I am almost 23 yrs. old, 5-10 tall and i weigh about 170 lbs. I really am not interested in losing weight, just a good deal of fat. What i am really after is what i affectionately call the "men's health" look. My ideal body is the cut, well-defined, long, lean look. I can see my ribs and a little definition in the right lighting, but i have a ways to go. I follow a five day lifting routine, hitting chest, legs, back, bis, tris, shoulders once a week and do about 20-30 minutes of cardio on a stationary bike immediately after each workout. I really just want to have a great looking body. Right now I'm really more concerned with building an attractive body than being able to bench/squat a ton of weight. Here are my questions:
Is cardio after my workout the best time? ive tried empty stomach morning cardio in the past and felt it really zapped my performance in the weightroom in the long run..
What is the ideal water intake?.. i normally drink around 64 ounces of water each day.. sometimes more...
Isn't it important to pack in the protein? ive been told it keeps the muscles full, prevents muscle/strength loss.
I'm also making an effort to drink a fair amount of caffeine from diet drinks to speed up fat burning. I know its a stimulant and it seems logical that it would help me burn fat off quicker...

any advice would be much appreciated as i am a first time xenadrine user and i want to get the most i can from this. I know its only been two weeks, but i am kinda impatient

"being able to bench/squat a ton of weight" == good body

I lift a lot of weight. Well, not compared to some, but I have half the muscle as the damn bowflex guy. Don't fool yourself about what you need to lift to look "lean". It's a lot.

All that muscle helps burn fat too, so hop to it.
