Sup I just joined these boards to learn more about lifting and etc....
Ive recently started trainning 3 times a week with a trainer and doing cardio about 4 time a week(usually after a work out)
Im basically looking for some help on supplements....
I'm
currently taking protein and glutamine.....
Any other supplements I should be taking that would help me out...
Im currently at about 189 with 15% body I wanna hit 200 with less than 10%...
What supplements should I take.....
Ive heard of dextarose.......
flax oil....creatine....andtribsul(not sure If I spelled them correctly)
