Newbie Needs Help!


I am 39 years old, 6'0 ft tall, 194 lbs. Generally good health. I both work and workout at home. I weight train about 3/4 times a week and I also enjoy cycling. I recently started a regimen and need a little advice. I would like to lose a little body fat. Specifically, love handles and a little stomach. I've purchased both hydroxycut and gnc mega isolate to get me started. Could you guys give me some suggestions as to when and how much i should take. Ideally 190-195 lbs is my desired weight, I just would like to replace the fat with muscle. I realize I need some structure in my workouts and diet. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

Did you already open the Hydroxycut? If not, RETURN IT. Its a waste of money.

hydroxycut is a good product, but id return that gnc mega isolate and get some 100% whey...mega isolate tastes like ass

Cursor, thanks alot. What are your opinions on Hydroxycut and Mega isolate? (Strawberry Flavored). I don't know if I can maintain that 6 meal a day routine, maybe three at the most. With that in consideration, should I start off the day with the Mega, workout, then have breakfast or the reverse. I would like to workout in the morning and then again in the late afternoon. What do you recommend?

breakfats, wrokout, and then mega if you insist on taking it...as for 6 meals a day, get snacks, like beef jerky, tuna, pack away meals in tupperware, etc
