I am 39 years old, 6'0 ft tall, 194 lbs. Generally good health. I both work and workout at home. I weight train about 3/4 times a week and I also enjoy cycling. I recently started a regimen and need a little advice. I would like to lose a little
body fat. Specifically, love handles and a little stomach. I've purchased both hydroxycut and gnc mega isolate to get me started. Could you guys give me some suggestions as to when and how much i should take. Ideally 190-195 lbs is my desired weight, I just would like to replace the fat with muscle. I realize I need some structure in my workouts and diet. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
