Nitric oxide in and of itself is a normally-occuring substance in the body that increases bloodflow. It's how Viagra works.

NO2 HEMODILATOR MUSCLE BLASTER or whatever it's called is sixty bucks' "worth" of arginine alpha ketoglutarate, which supposedly increases levels of nitric oxide and promises a great pump plus increased strength, muscle growth, world peace, etcetera. In reality, some report that it does indeed give you a cool pump, but that you can get the same effect for less than half the money with plain arginine. And a pump is all it can do for you- pumps look and feel cool, but they don't help strength or increase muscle growth.

My advice, don't waste your money.
