No laughing!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have an extremely weak stomach and get sick very easily.
I was wondering if I split my multi-vitamine in halfand take it two times a day, will I still get the same benifits of taking it all at once.
May seem like a crazy quesiton but I just want to make sure that I am not doing any kind of injustice to myself.
Thanks! :

It should be fine. You know, a lot of vitamins can make you sick if you don't eat before hand. Are you eating before taking it?

I usually take it after lunch. That usually consists of brown rice, a veggie and some sort of meat.

To add to this, I also have a hell of a time with protein shakes. I know there is no way to make them taste good and to be honest I don't care, but I hate being sick all day after taking them.
I know I probably sound like a whuss but I promise I am not but my stomach defintely is.

yah water is pretty bad. I have not tried it with milk. I will give it a try. I am starting to think that I am stressed about my weak stomach and I am making my stomach hurt. IT'S ALL IN MY HEAD!

can you drink alchol? my ex gal friend had a friend who's stomach acid was a higher p.h. than normal so he couldn't boose or eat light foods, they dissapeared too fast and neutralised the enzymes too quick,

you know what it is funny you say that because I can't drink because that also makes me sick. I can drink a few without getting sick but if I can feel the effects of alchol then I will be sick. Now when you say light foods what do you mean by that?
Please reply you have me very interested.

beef is compact and chewwy.. thus hard food, light being cereal or oats that expand in your stomach, basically, george (the dude) has a problem that means his stomach acid is a much higher P.h. about +2 more on the scale, than the average p.h. of stomach acid, so he cannot drink alchol or eat light foods unless he eats alot of it at one time, also the enzymes in his stomach get denatured (equizalent to killed) quicker than they should meaning that it takes longer to get the goodness out of the food resulting in vommiting or lack of digestion, that sound similar? i would talk to your doctor about it, and if i've helped them please message me i'm eager to hear if i've put good input into the forum1

The light food things does not apply at all. I am okay with light foods. The alchol is what sparked my attention because I never been able to figure out that after 5-6 years of drinking how I havent been able to stomach it. I guess that is really not a bad thing seing that alcholism runs in my family. I guess it is a blessing in disguisse. I do not have protein intolerance in my family so that one really frustrates me!
