I am using NO2 as well, it seems to make my muscles look more full and vascular, but does not seem to improve my performace in any way, although I enjoy the harder look - I probably won't buy this again after I finish the bottle - it seems much too expensive. Has anyone experienced any profound gains in strength or size with this product - a better way to take it or take it with something else?

I am gonna give the 300 tab bottle a shot, will last one month, that will be a total of 7 wks. for me. I noticed several people asking if i had been in the sun, more vascularity,my heart rate and recovery time between sets becoming shorter in duration, definitely a harder look. I also weigh about 190-193....according to their dosage recomendations= 4tabs,twice a day. I am gonna move up to the 200lb dose, see what happens,I called them they said fine. How long have you been using it? You are right....it aint cheap. adam let me know what ya think, thanx

give it an extended try.

I have been using the nitric oxide for 2 300 capsule bottles worth now and do notice a difference.

1) yes my pump does last longer as advertised. Apparantly that is suppose to stimulate satellite muscles cells to develop. As you know with your lifting growing muscles cells grow slowly and it takes time

2) Usually when i go off my creatine for a off cycle i can feel the difference in about a week. The weights feel a bit heavy compared to while on the creatine.........well since ive been on the N20 for an extended period i don't notice the heavy period, thus i can lift harder still during my off creatine cycle.

3) As for price, yea the MRI N20 is expensive. I paid $90'ish for a 300 bottle at GNC. But if you shop around you can find it for less. I found some N20x3 brand or something of that sort. Same thing as the MRI but with some other added supplements. 3 180 capsule bottles ran me like $75 online.

Its like any supplement, if you are going to try it....stick it out for a few months and try it to notice the results. I have found them but it really took into the second bottle to notice it........im a hard gainer and growing nicely

Hope this helps.

Oh yea drink drink drink too or it won't work.

Yea, i looked into pump tech. Looks like a good product, but not what i was looking for. I already have creatine and didnt need an extra boost of it. Pump tech from what i gathered is a "quick" acting type N20. Hits your stytem and goes to work. The others are time released. I researched N20 pretty in depth even talked with people at MRI and some locol NFL sports guys. Time release is what you want with N20, and really with most supplements.

Your body can only obsorbe so much (like a sponge) at once. Once its full the rest is expelled and wasted. Thats how pump tech works, just overloads you at first. The others trickle into your system so its in their all day long and you body can obsorbe a higher amount.

Just two different approaches, both work for the intended purpose.

A lot of people discredit N20, but as time is passing it is becoming as used, utilized, understood and valued as creatine and protien.

The 6 hour pump is not from it being time released. That is just the actual affect of the N20 in your system.

Time released means you consume it in the morning and it is trickled into your system a little bit all day long. You still only get the same 6 hour pump....but the N20 is in your system longer and at a higher dose.

Pumptech just totally overwhelms your system, total obsorbtion all at once.....but once the affects of that.....your 6 hour pump are gone, your body has no N20 left from the supplement.

As with the others it is still being released until you take more.

Not saying pumptech is bad, just a different approach.

Last year when i was lifting (just started again) i went through many bottles of NO2. My experience is that it works as advertised. The drawback is if you discontinue use you will lose size, weight, and strength. I lost 10 pounds of weight on my lifts. 5-7 lbs. bodyweight. Clint

darn. this was looking like an alternative for my partner (he has this idea i can't shake out of his head that it's not possible to bodybuild without taking many different pills of many different colours) but if he's going to lose the results if he stops taking it, then i won't recommend it especially since he's morbidly terrified of losing weight. he was 5'11", 135 as a teen and was mercilessly teased by schoolmates and family because of it.
