hey everyone i am a 16yr old kid i weight 175lb have been liftin for about a yr now and can finally put up 200lbs lately my bench max has gone up 5-10lbs every week i take protien shakes once a day. i was wondering if i should take NO2. i looked at it and many ppl said that it gives amazing pumps does anyone know from experience

whats the point of buying something that will only make you big until you run out of the product. Just stick with your protein shakes and if you are going to get another supplement get creatine.
