THe only time I saw gains with NO2 is when I had the perfect schedule for lifting. This was when I was out of school and unemployed. I got about 10 hours of sleep every night. Ate about 2700 calories, 15 g of creatine, 250 grams of protein everyday. On top of that I stacked NO2 and I had solid substantial gains. An 8
pound gain in 2 weeks which im saying about 5 pounds is worthy of being called muscle. My max bench increased 10 pounds as well.
Ill probably never be able to do that again because im back in school and i dont got the money for all these supplements.
