Glad I'm not alone in having wasted my money. Only tried it once and it did absolutely nothing.

Worked for me but I was adviced to take 6 pills in the morning and 6 with lunch and I got the pumps they were talking about but it goes away after you finish taking them. All it does is increase the blood supply to the muscles. From what i could tell there is no added benefits other than a self esteem boost.

Do some searches for NO2 in the upper right hand corner, there has been a ton of disucssion about it.

My .02$ not worth the money $65.00 / month supply to make me feel like I am pumped up? No thanks

Just posted a article concerning No2 and the dangers involved....I'd recommend that you take a look before continuing to use it. I've talked to a number of different people and it sounds potentially dangerous and expensive suppliment to use for only a prolonged pump that doesn't last unless you keep taking the drug. The problems is....this product is being marketed like miracle drug by retailers like GNC and many, if not all, of the possible side effects are being overlooked. Just make sure to be careful before deciding to take ANY suppliment and spend some extra time researching so that you fully understand exactly WHAT you're putting into your body.

I agree with you as far as it being an expensive supplement especially when you consider the gains but as far as dangerous? Hmm . . . I haven;t realy heard of any dangers arising from NO2. It may "sound" dangerous but honestly your only risks are if you take way too much or have heart or artery problems.

If you look at the ingredients what do you see that's dangerous?

If you do decide to go with it, try Nox3 from Universal, it is the cheapest out of all of them. There have been lengthy (and highly thoughout discussions) on this topic. If you'd like a link, email me. Not sure what the rules are on the board and don't want to make anyone mad.

No2

I have been taking NO2 for almost one full year now and I have to say that I have had dramatic results. It is not a wonder pill. You have to do your part. Most likely the guys that have not had succes with it did not drink enough water. You have to drink at least 8 full tea glasses of water a day. That is enough water that on an empty stomach at times you feel nautious. But that is the whole idea. You are trying to get water into your muscles. If you do not drink enough water how could you get the pump. Two weeks into using the product I felt different. It also has to build up in your system and the effects get better over time. NO2 may be expensive, but would you really want to put some lesser junk in your body. I would not.
Another big thing is that it is good for cardiovascular health because it opens up your veins. People who have had heartattachs are taking this to healp prevent another. Also it changes the look of your face. I have seen dramatic changes in mine. It makes your face and entire body more symetrical. After taking these I was approached from a guy that used to be with Ford Modeling in NY and told I should send pictures in. So, it is a wonder drug and most likely the guys that don't like it did not put forth the effort. Also I keep my pump for about 5 days just to let you know.

I am also 5'10, 155lbs, and 5% body fat, 41 chest and 28 waist

This is my first post here. I like the board so far. I actually found it by searching Google for NO2.

I've been taking NO2 now for almost 3 weeks and have to say that I'm VERY disatisfied with it. I don't even get the pumps and I've followed the book to the T. My diet is ~3,000 cal a day high in protein and carbs and I weigh 195 lbs. I can't believe I suckered myself into believing there was potential for this "miracle drug". I have a very physically demanding job and wanted something to aid with recoveries so I can train harder. In fact I feel tired more often and have longer recoveries than when I used to take creatine. I started creatine again and am going to take back my NO2 before the bottle is done. Oh well, I guess it didn't hurt to try it but really it just got my hopes up for nothing.

Ahh....my first post is a rant....sorry but thought others should hear it.

Yea, I've tried it too when it first came out. Not impressed at all. If you want a good pump and have it be useful, go buy some glutamine peptides and some dextrose or glucose. This combo will replenish muscle glycogen filling up the muscle cells, giving a pump look. The peptides are great for recovery and anti-catobolism.

I have been on NO2 type products for 5 months and have been relatively satisfied, I'm going to let my last bottle run out and see if it makes any difference. There are a lot other cheaper even than the NOx3 supplements. I can't believe they claim it will make you face more symetrical?
