NO2 and CE2; getting ripped

I was suggested by the guys at GNC to take NO2 and CE2 and I was just wondering if anybody knows if it is truly effective to take both of them. What kind of results can I expect and how long will it take to notice them? Also, what I am really looking for is definition...I am already pretty strong and do want to get stronger, but I'm not ripped. Any suggestions on what supplements can help me with that?

you were suggested that by them because they want to make quick bucks dude...vitamin shoppe is a better price, and easypricematch.com is the best b/c you can get 5% off the cheapest price you can find

Supplements won't get you ripped, or we'd all be ripped insted of working our A$$e$ off in the gym. Diet is what gets you ripped. Ask Cursor nicely for his meal plan for getting ripped.

PEople working at GNC are just there to make quick dollars by selling supplement that makes them most profit. Creatine adds water weight to your body which makes you look less rip.

getting ripped requires cardio and tweeking your diet. And if you want to supplment, my best guess what be fat burners.

Thumbs up

actually the CE2 is by far the best creatine on the market. Edward A. Byrd actually lost money putting this product out because of the research he put in it. i just bought it and it is pretty expensive with the NO2 but if it works like the books says(strength with out bloating, muscle definition, and absorbs in minutes instead of hours like regular creatine) this product is insane and if you mix that with NO2 it will be a stack that gives you steroid results.

Before you respond no i dont work @ GNC

You could say the same thing about people working at Vitamin Shoppe , or any other place for that matter. If you really think that anyone has a higher goal other then making money then you're sadly mistaken.

at this point in time, there is no proof that these advanced creatines are better than regular monohydrate. until we see studies comparing cee vs monohydrate vs placebo, its all hype.

as for studies done on NO products, the following by anthony almada sums it up well

The studies FAILED to show NO2 to be superior to placebo in relation to key outcomes that had been aggressively marketed as benefits a user would enjoy from the product: muscle mass gain, weight (total body mass) gain, fat loss, and self-assessed muscle pump, muscle hardness, and sexual function/performance/desire. Additionally, eight other muscular performance assessments (including muscular endurance and peak aerobic capacity) were performed where again NO2 did no better than placebo. No mention of the product’s “failure” in these consumer-relevant areas/marketing “buttons” was made in the release, and likely will also be excluded from any advertisements describing the results of the studies
