It's a tricky name to sound like nolvadex (tamoxifen). If you can buy it legally, it's not the real stuff and not worth your money. And in truth, if you were to go get the real thing it would be a really big mistake. It's given for post treatment breast cancer patients to reduce estrogen levels. In a male who is not using illegal substances that increase testosterone with a concurrent rise in estrogen (sorry, that's just how the body works...always staying in balance) it would do you no good anyway.

My suggestion is to stop looking for shortcuts and keep doing the hard work you've been doing. It is working. Why do something that will screw up your HTPA, possibly beyond repair, at your young age? What you are doing so far is working just fine. So KEEP DOING IT.

It takes time Xtris. Most of us on here have been lifting for years, myself have for 8. Stick to the fundamentals and progress will be made. You're 19 years old for crying out loud. I've got 10 years on you man, and a lot of the guys here have 20-30 on you. Take it easy.

SO what are your E2 levels that you want to lower them.
I presume you know the negative health impacts from too low oestrogen.

My advice is to have a Big Mac instead.

Its actually a serm ( a selective oestrogewn receptor modifier) It does not reduce oestrogen but imitates it with a stronger binding affinity than oestrogen.

At receptor sites such as liver heart bone it acts like oestrogen at the breast tissue it has an antagonistic effect.

It inhibits HPTA feedback and often the individual will endup with higher oestrogen levels than starting.

Just fyi since you are im medical scene.
