Now that the ban is lifted...what's a good homemade stack?
for the ECA stack, i used to do -
1 vivarin
1 aspirin
1 mini 2way with 25mg of ephedrine.
I'm not sure i can find the mini's anymore, and i think the one's that i did see at the gas station were ephedra free.
what do you guys reccomend i substitute it with. I try askin at Vitamin World but since they're not selling ephedrine again yet and have nothing to gain, they try to convince me that the ban is not fully lifted - then point me towards a $40 bottle of Zantrex 3.
I want to return to the days of a $20 stack lasting me a month. Suggestions?

it's not a shake. it's a bunch of pills that act as a thermogenic (fat-burner) by increasing the metabolism. problem is, ppl have dropped dead because of undetected heart problems, overdose, or because they combined with other fat-burners/stimulants, MAOI inhibitors, and whatnot.

dead wrong.
the aspirin is used to thin the blood because the ephedrine/caffeine combination drives up the blood pressure.
AndrewH: so what you're saying is that there should be a ban on alchohol.

exactly my point. used irresponsibly by morons, it not only causes death by automobile accidents, but it also causes foetal malformation, brain damage, liver damage, early-onset alzheimer's, domestic violence, child abuse, animal abuse, and that's all i can think off the top of my head.
but hey - as long as we get to sit around the campfire with our good ol' buddies, who cares? just keep that nasty ephedrine out of the hands of the public!

Actually the use of aspirin in the stack is not strictly for its carioprotection. .
It has a more thermogenic purpose.
Aspirin as a promoter of ephedrine-induced thermogenesis: potential use in the treatment of obesity.
Dulloo AG, Miller DS.
Chronic administration of aspirin to obese mice had no effect on energy balance and body composition. In contrast, ephedrine increased energy expenditure by 9% and reduced body weight and body fat by 18% and 50%, respectively: obesity, however, was reduced but not reversed. In the presence of both ephedrine and aspirin, increase in energy expenditure found during treatment with ephedrine alone was doubled, and the obese group lost greater than 75% of body fat: obesity was reversed. These studies indicate that although aspirin administered alone has no influence on energy balance it can markedly potentiate thermogenic properties of ephedrine, effects which led to a normalization of body composition of the obese to that of the lean. Such ephedrine-aspirin mixtures, often found in over-the-counter preparations for asthma and bronchial disorders, could be put to new use as aids for treatment of human obesity
Remember
aspirin is a COX inhibitor, which inhibits the synthesis of protein greatly it also decrease testosterone levels

my advice do not use ECA at all excersize and diet are the key bro. It can also be addictive there are other options in the drug department that ofer better results with less side effects.

To what degree does it decrease test levels?
