NOXPLODE, Glutamine question

so today was my first day on NOXPLODE. I ate at 3:30 and worked out at 5:30. I took 3 scoops and felt nothing!

I felt no effect of it. Do you know what this could be? Could it be the glutamine in my protein? If so what kind of protein has no glutamine in it (supposed to have under 10g a day while on noxplode

thanks!

its probably the fact that you either a) didn't lift intense enough to get a pump, or b)it's only your first day

i bet it's a combination of the 2, but mostly its the 2nd one

the glutimine from protein has nothing to do with it.

No-Xplode has 3 ingredient that suppose to help u workout harder.

Caffiene - If your drinking lots of soda or getting caffience from other stuff, this will not hit you hard. When i first took it, i went with 2 scoop and the caffiene really got to me because i didnt have other source of caffiene. I dont drink soda at all.

Creatine - Creatine is not a pre-work supplement. Creatine kicks in after a week or so and the effects of it stays there as long as ur some into your system. So if you have not taking creatine, wait couple days or weekthen it should kick in (like pmcought said) or if your already on creatine, this wont do much for u at all.

No2. - clueless about this

It will most likely take a few days for full effect.

It will most likely take a few days for full effect. If you were of creatine before hand it will take a while to build up how much is in the product i presume 5g for a daily dose and thus ti may take over 2 weeks for the creatine effects to maximise. What is it you expect from no2 is it just a pump?

I myself just bought it about a week ago and have not noticed that much, but I am not as sore after my work outs, and it litterally shoots out of my shaker. It was just suggested to me because i needed to get over a plato, so I spoke with a few people and they suggested that and something called V12. I ended up getting the NOXplode. I was wondering from a few of you what you think of it as well (just some more info then already given)?
- I take it usually 30 min prior to working out.

Honestly ian... its overpriced and i will tell you why.

First of all it contains guadino proponic acid(not sure if thats the right spelling), and glycocymine, 2 precursors to creatine that actually lower your absorbtion of creatine. Now chances are that it doesn't contain much of it, but once again, both compounds have also had virtually no safety testings done and could potentially up homocysteine concentrations in your blood.

I'm not trying to get you to stop taking it just pointing some obvious flaws in their ingredients, which contain an assload of other flaws of course.

Its just questionable how much of each ingredient is actually in there... if you have it i dont think the safety risks are that bad and i'd still take it, but for your future info i think this supplement is a bust for the price.

Thank you for your input. I pretty much plan on taking one or 2 containers to get me past a slump. I appreciate the info, I hate taking supplements but finally gave in and tried this out. The only other stuff I take is ON Whey all the time, and a multi vit.

If you are still gonna buy another one... i suggest to try fitzogen blast cycle. It looks a little better to me though its pretty much the same thing.
