Official Stacker 2 Thread
Well, I was pretty disappointed at the results I got from this website when I searched for "Stacker" with the search engine...so here's a thread for everyone who has experience with Stacker 2 (or another type of Stacker) to give us newbies a bit of what to expect. Could you believe that there were only 16 threads that had the word "stacker" in them on this entire message board? Heh, it's time we talk about Stacker 2 more.
I just got some Stacker 2 today, along with some other supplements...the guy at the health store told me that it would feel like Hydroxycut times two...lol, I'm going to start taking it tomorrow, so hopefully it works...but some info on Stacker 2 for me and other newbies would greatly be appreciated by anyone who has any experience with this stuff....thanks in advance!

Heh, okay...
From what I hear, Stacker 2 (ephedra free) basically burns fat and boosts the metabolism...it also decreases your appetite.
Of course, this is just all of the things that it says on the bottle, but I wanted to hear some real stories from real people on this board about their experience with it. I started taking it today, and franky I'm quite amazed that all I've eaten today is a bowl of diced fruit (a big bowl though, lol) and a protein shake (very thick though, lol) and I'm not even hungry right now.

LOL maybe it makes you lose weight by self starvation. Is there Ephedra in it?

Stacker 2 is just another fat burner. They are all more of less the same. If you are using the ehpedra free, you could have probably done just as good with some green tea extract.

Why do you say that? I'm assuming you have used Stacker 2, so what were your results? Were you dieting/weight lifting/doing cardio while you were on it? Thanks, I'd like to see as much input from the members on this board as possible.

I haven't used stacker 2 but I have used stuff like it... they are all more or less the same... I worked out... semi dieted... did cardio... maybe lost 1% body fat.. marginal loss... and probably could have did it with out popping the pills..
but everyone reacts differently to that stuff... since the stuff is basically just caffine if you drink coffee (I do) you are probably less affected by the stuff since you will be used to the buzz :-)

STACKER 2-WITH EPHEDRA
I just started using the Stacker 2 W/Ephedra last week. I am shaking this morning quite a bit. I have used all kinds of pills that are on the market. They are seem to work in the beginning and then your body gets used to it. That is why I switch around and change all the time and give my body a break inbetween changes for a week or two. It definitely takes away my appetite and when I do eat I don't seem to enjoy it as much. Definitely gives me energy, but I think it affects everyone differently.

I've had good results with the Efedra version. I started dieting and working out in February and I've lost 29lbs (265lbs-236lbs).
I tried the efedra-free version for 2 weeks when my first bottle ran out...the stuff DID NOTHING. After being used to the effects of the real stuff, I felt absolutely nothing from the efedra free versions. It was a total waste of my money, so I gave it away and bought another bottle of the real stuff.
The efedra version definately works, the efedra-free version doesn't.

I worked out for a long time and never saw much results in my body, but my knowlegde and stuff wasnt up to par, I learned even though I was skinny my body fat was like camo on my body, so I took Xendrine got smart about a year ago just when EFX come out and I lost like 25 pounds in 4-6 weeks the help you TREMDOUSLY if you run and diet... they help you ZERO if you dont... Ive done it both ways with similar fat burners and tried losing without it running more and dieting but not same results as with it. Fat burners work when used with diet and exercise from my experience.

Stacker2 w/Ephedra does work. You may get the jitters at first though. Also, when I take it, I will max out with 2 pills a day. They say to do 3 but I don't. I start off with 1 a day for a week, then up to 2 a day. You have to cycle it because your body gets used to it.

Here is a little info about Stacker.....
I used to buy the same supplement about 4 years ago from www.betterbodz.com and it cost under $10. The company quit carrying it because after they really started advertising it the price went sky high. I personally didn't lose much weight, but it sure makes you hyper. I actually used it more to stay awake during class than anything else. It gave me the shakes pretty bad among other side effects.
