[color=red]there are a couple things you could do
1. is to take them w/ some peanut butter. some people - actually a lot of people - dont take in enough fat. they have gotton this idea that fat is bad, and while saturated fats should be avoided, healthy non-saturated fats are essential to the body. some vitamins/minerals are water soluble, but others are fat soluble, adn if u take fat soluble vitamins w/o having fat in ur body they can make u feel sick.
2. get a different brand. one a day really arent all that great. go to
